We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order or contact us. We also collect order history and product preferences to improve your experience. No payment card details are ever stored on our servers — payments are processed securely through our gateway partners (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Safepay).
Your data is used to process orders, arrange delivery, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and respond to support queries. With your consent, we may also send you promotional emails about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We share your delivery address and contact number with our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx) solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Our website uses essential cookies to keep your cart and session active. We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and understand actions such as product views, adding an item to a basket, checkout, and completed orders. Meta may use this information to provide measurement and advertising services under its own privacy policy. You can manage advertising preferences in your Meta account and clear cookies in your browser settings.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, approximate locations, device types, product views, cart actions, checkout starts and purchases. Google uses analytics cookies to distinguish new and returning browsers. We send product and order event information with pseudonymous analytics identifiers, without sending your name, email, phone number, delivery address or payment details. Accepted cash-on-delivery orders and verified bank payments are reported from our server. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences on the storefront. Declining GA4 does not affect shopping. Consent choices, browser settings and blockers mean analytics may not include every visit or order.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our databases are hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised Animal Mart team members only.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@theanimalmart.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
